2011 in Recap.
Where do I even begin reviewing the year I just had. While this year marked the greatest, most ridiculously fun and exciting day of my life (9.24 forever); this year was also a year of learning really big lessons. Expensive lessons. Painfully long lessons. Lessons that I wish to never repeat and to warn all my friends and family to never ever go through.
This year was a hot roller coaster. But...

Truthful Tuesday..
This is blasphemy to some people, but I am going to be 100% honest here.
I think The Doors is one of the most overrated bands ever.
Yep, I said it. They were iconic, I get it. But it doesn’t mean I have to like their music. And to be honest, 9 out of 10 times, I change when they are on my iPod or Pandora or on the radio.

Serious case of the Mondays...
- Woke up late
- Frozen sandwich meat…
- Forgot workout bag in house
- Forgot computer charger in house after half way down the street
- Forgot badge to get in and out of office building
Not a happy camper today.
Today is a good day.
A few bullet points on why:
- On the drive to work, mine and Boo’s wedding song came on, which made me glow inside
- The head of my company set up a 930AM meeting for the office (last night was our holiday party) and asked for a show of hands on how many people were hungover…and he raised his hand - high and proud.
- Mariah Carey Christmas is playing on Pandora right now

Finally.
I knew it would happen eventually. We have been non-stop since our wedding in September. After traveling up and down the East coast, weekends in Nashville and New York, and work trips…the first holiday party of the season pushed me over the edge…
Full body aches, a fever, a sore throat, and struggling to regulate my body temp…ugh. Sick.
