So last year, I quietly challenged myself to stop drinking coffee. And I did. For 11 months. Until we got the bomb.com coffee maker for our wedding. But even so, I still choose tea / water over coffee.
My challenge is carbs. I eat a lot of carbs. Mainly because I love pizza. And bread. And potatoes. And beer. OMG my mouth is watering. So I am challenging myself to having no more than one thing of carbs a day.
My challenge doesn’t have to be for the full year - as the coffee wasn’t for a full year. I challenged myself for a week with no coffee. And it just so happened to go for 11 months. So this year, I challenge myself for two weeks.
